If your forms are set up through Gravity Forms, the following steps will guide you through how to check which email(s) form entries are being sent to:
- Log into the backend of your site.
- Once logged in, look to the side navigation and go to Forms > Forms.
- Click on the name of the form you want to check the email for.
- Hover over the Form Settings in the top menu and click on Notifications.
- Click on the name of the notification email you want to see the email for.
- Check the Send to Email field for the email.
- If the email says {admin_email}, this means that the email is going to the admin email (if you want to change this email, please see How do I update the admin email?)
- Make sure to click the Update Notification button at the bottom of the page if you have updated the email.
